Portal - Investment Options

There is a menu specific for investor’s and depending on what functions that they need, there are options available to them on their own portal menu NOTE: These menu options are configured in Fusion.

1. On the portal there is a menu called Investment Options with two potential menu items Options and Reinvestment:



2. The Options menu has two tabs. NOTE: the options menu is only accessible if this has been changed in Fusion.

A. The Product Options tab will show the available products and the history to identify any changes that were made:



Depending on what products that the investor has access to, they will be displayed under the Select Product heading. The name of the product will be shown on the left hand side (and depending on the product, the logo may also appear in the middle) and a check box on the right hand side that will can be enabled/disabled with the Allow investing option. When the option is enabled, it will grant access to investing for the associated product:

 

After the decision has been made to enable or disable the investing option click on the button to apply the changes. If/when there have been any changes made to the investing option, the history will outline the effective date (as to when the change was made using date, abbreviated month and year), the name of the product, and whether or not the option to allow investing was enabled or disabled (identifiable with a green tick icon or a red prohibition sign icon ):



B. The Asset Class Options tab will list all of the asset classes only if they are applicable to the investor (which could include Unsecured Loans, Leasing and Fund Control) and the history that is associated with the asset class(es) namely if the option to Allow Investing has been enabled:



The Asset Class type will display the icon of the asset (unsecured loans has the padlock icon) as well as the name on the left hand side and display a checkbox with the Allow investing words directly next to it will allow you to enable/disable the option:



After the decision has been made to enable or disable the asset class click on the button to apply the changes. If/when there have been any changes made to the asset class, the history will outline the effective date (as to when the change was made using date, abbreviated month and year), the name of the product, and whether or not the option to allow investing was enabled or disabled (identifiable with a green tick icon or a red prohibition sign icon ):

The reinvestment option under the Investment Options menu will show which asset classes are available (Fund Control, Unsecured Loans and/or Leasing) and a drop down list of available reinvestment options to choose from. This section also shows the history that is associated with what asset classes have been changed with the reinvestment options:



The Asset Class type will display the name on the left hand side and display a drop down list to the right with three different reinvestment options to select from (which includes Reinvest principal and interest, Don’t reinvest (initial deposits only) and Principal Only):



After the decision has been made to select a reinvestment option click on the button to apply the changes. If/when there have been any changes made to the reinvestment option for the selected asset class, the history will outline the effective date (as to when the change was made using date, abbreviated month and year), the name of the asset class, and whether or not the reinvestment option was changed from one to another:
