When logging into the Portal, there is an option to create a unique username. This can only be entered into the portal and should be something that is easy to identify you and but also not be easy enough to guess.

1. The Username is a limit of 30 alphanumeric characters. It cannot be less than 8 characters long and can only have alphabet letters and numbers (no special characters):

When entering your username, it will not recognise a space (as a space cannot be used when creating your username) and is not case sensitive (so if a capital letter was used for your first and surname when creating your username, it will not cause any issues if everything is in lowercase). If the incorrect username is used, the following error message will be displayed on screen:
3. When creating a new username, if you enter a username that does not meet the specified criteria, it will display a prompt outlining what the username should have, and any other limitations:
4. When creating a new username, if you enter a username that has already been used, a relevant prompt will appear on screen saying that it is taken and to try a different name instead:
5. The Password has a limit of 20 alphanumeric characters. It cannot be less than 9 characters long and must have at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and a number. It can also have any one of the special characters $ # - _ ! @
