Portal - Sign In (Mobile)

The portal in Clearmatch has the ability to allow you to login with your mobile phone number if a username and password has not been created . To find out more how to register from the portal and creating a new username and password, click here.

NOTE: In order to log in with your mobile number, a customer will need to either:

1. create an application 
   
2. register themselves to use the portal
   
3. be registered by Finance Company staff members to use the portal.

1. To log in with your mobile number, navigate to the main portal page and select the link for mobile phone number:

2. You will then navigate to the login page that will ask for your mobile phone number and email address and press the Sign In button to proceed with logging into the portal. Again, you would have had to place an application in order to supply the required contact information:

3. It will then prompt for verification and an SMS code will be sent to the mobile number that was entered previously. Enter the supplied six digit pin code and press Verify to continue:

 

4. It will then log you into the portal and navigate to the last page that you were on e.g.if you started a new application up to a specific step, it will redirect you to that step. Such as, if you have a new application and you have yet to upload the required documents e.g. three months of bank statements , it will navigate automatically to the Upload Documents page:
