Once a loan application has been made either via the website or the portal, you are able to view and monitor the status of the application from the portal. The application can also be cancelled and/or another loan application can be put through as a separate request.
When logged into the portal, there is a menu called Applications on the left hand side with two options New Application and Manage Applications .
The New Application option will open Step 1 of the application process and you can place another loan application:
The Manage Applications option will open a screen that displays all applications that you have made to date:
From here, you can view details of the application which include the following:
the reason why you applied for a loan (under the Purpose of Finance)
the amount you are borrowing, the rate for repayment and how long the loan will take to pay back (under the Amount, Rate & Term)
the progress of the money received from peers for the loan (under the Funding Progress)
the status of the application (the flag icon located on the bottom left hand corner

)
the application number (usually starts with the hashtag icon and A with preceding numbers which is also located on the bottom left hand corner

)
the ability to view the application in more details (the View hyperlink on the bottom left hand corner

)
the ability to edit the application
NOTE : the application has to be a specific status before it can be edited and usually cannot be edited once it has been conditionally approved or approved (the Edit hyperlink on the bottom left hand corner

)
the ability to navigate to the documents uploaded and associated with, the application (via the Actions menu > View Documents hyperlink in the bottom right hand corner

the ability to withdraw the application (via the
Actions menu >

Just above the details of the application, there is a Show per page drop down list on the top right hand corner which has a selection that ranges between 10 - 100 and will display the number of pages based on applications that have been made or were made previously:
When the Less Details hyperlink is selected (also located in the top right hand corner), it will remove the details from the rate and term namely the From To and For information and the closing date for funding:
The name of that link would have changed to More Details, and once selected, it will return those missing details:
When the Filter link is selected (on the top right hand corner next to Less/More Details, it will provide a screen with filter options that can be used:
You have the choice to filter using the following options:
Asset Class - This is a drop down list of all asset classes currently available (Unsecured Loans or Leasing)
Closing b- This has all of the time frames for the closing date (which ranges from 12 hours to 21 days)
Product - This drop down list has all products associated with the finance company (the default will be set to what it currently is)
Credit Score - This drop down list defaults to All, but shows all available credit scores in use
Finance Type - This drop down list defaults to All, but shows all available finance types
Have insurance - This drop down list has three available options to choose from (All, Yes or No) and used to identify if the applicant has insurance
Application Number - If the application number for a loan application is known, then it can be added to the filter and searched for
Customer Number - If the customer number for an application is known, this can also be added to the filter
Amount from/to - You can enter the minimum and maximum amount (in $) that was requested for in the loan application amount
Interest rate from/to - You can enter the minimum and maximum (in %) that was selected for the repayment interest rate
Term from/to - You can enter the minimum and maximum (in months) that was selected for the loan application repayment term
To clear what is in the filter or if you have filled in all filters and want to remove them, press the Reset button.
If you want to search through all applications with the filter options you have provided, press the Apply Filter button.
Just underneath the Manage Applications heading, there are three tabs. - Live , Unfunded and Agreements :
The Live tab will display all current applications that you have started, but have not yet submitted for credit approval:
The Unfunded tab will display all applications that have either declined, failed to be fully funded or if you have cancelled your loan application before it was bid on:
The Agreements tab will display all Finance Agreements and loans that have been successfully funded:
