Portal - Account Selection

In Clearmatch, you have the capability and flexibility to be configured as different users (borrower, investor, beneficiary, etc) and you can switch between accounts whilst in the portal and use the system depending on which account is selected.

1. Navigate to the portal and login with your credentials:



2. Once logged in, you are then prompted to select an account that you are set up with from a drop down list (which clearly states that you are registered to access more than one account in the portal and could include your own Personal Account, as a Beneficiary, Principal Contact or a Principal Investor):



3. Or if you are already logged in, you can simply select the Switch Account icon (two opposing arrows) from the top right hand corner which will display the exact same prompt:



4. When selecting which account to use, you have the option to prevent the system from displaying the prompt upon sign in, by enabling the check box next to Don’t ask again, otherwise after selecting an account , press the Continue button to proceed further:



5. You will then be logged in as the account that you have selected. If/when you are logged in as an investor, you are redirected to the Dashboard:

6. If you are logged in as a Principal Contact, Beneficiary or Borrower then you will be redirected to the Messages noticeboard (or Activity Feed):
