When attempting to log into the portal, all that is required is a username and password. This is created by you (the end user) and can be actioned simply by joining.

1. Navigate to the main portal page where it asks for your login credentials. Enter your Username and Password and click on the Sign In button. If you would like to view what you are typing in the Password field (to avoid seeing the symbols which masks your password) click on the Show link which is located next to Password:
2. If at any time, the incorrect username or password is used when attempting to log in, a dialog box will appear on the sign in screen outlining that the login credentials are invalid:

If the wrong password has been entered three or more times, a dialog box will be displayed on the login screen outlining that the account has been locked and to try again in a certain time period (which could vary between 2 - 8 minutes depending on how many attempts have been made in a set amount of time):
4. If after several attempts you are still unsure what the password is, simply click on the Forgot Password option in the top left hand corner:
