Sign Into The Members Portal

1. Access Portal using the Sign In URL and then you will be directed to the following page 

2. Since the customer has not been registered previously with username click on Sign in with your mobile phone number in order to register customer through portal.

3. Enter mobile number and email address that was used when creating the customer through Clearmatch Fusion 

After providing the details, click on   to continue 

4. It will then send a six digit pin to your mobile phone. Enter the number from your mobile and click on the Verify button to continue:

NOTE: In a test environment the SMS messages are not sent to phones. Instead you will need to go to Clearmatch Fusion and search for the code by following the steps mentioned in this link

5. Once you click on Verify, in the next step the mobile phone number and email address fields will automatically be populated with the details you entered when you signed up and then simply enter the Verification code:

An email with verification code will be sent to the provided email address if the “allow customers to register online is set to TRUE against the originator group customer business rule. 

NOTE : In a test environment this email will not be sent to the email address provided by the customer. Emails will be intercepted and sent to the email address detailed under the "Sandbox overriding email address" as detailed in this link   which includes the steps to find out the email address setup for the test environment.

Once the Verification Code is entered click on    to continue to next step

6. Then you will require to select the security question and security answer from the following screen and click on   to continue

7. After that, since you have more than one account registered to log in to portal, following screen with all the accounts that you are entitled to  will be displayed. From that you will be able to select the principle investor account and login to portal by clicking on         button.
