Staff member have the capability to create an application on behalf of a customer through Portal. Then the staff member will need to supply all the details of the customer.
1. To create an application on behalf of a customer login to portal with your staff credentials
2. If you have been registered to more than one account then you will need to select the Staff account from the Select Account drop down and click on Continue
3. Once you are logged in, make sure you are in the Borrowing page and if not switch into Borrowing section by clicking on Borrowing which is in the top left hand corner of the page.
4. To create an application for the customer click on New Application under Applications
5. When creating an application for the customer the first step will be to search for the customer using the customer email address. Once you have entered the customer email address click on Search icon.
6. If the customer is an existing customer, all the customer details will be displayed on the page for the staff member to validate and make changes where necessary.
7. If search returned no information, it will display the message "No customer Found " and then the staff member will be required to supply the customer details
You will be required to provide customer details such as Title (select from the drop down list ), First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Gender , Date of Birth, Confirm email and Mobile phone number.
Also you will be required to provide the Current Address, Residence Type and the number of years and months customer has lived in the given address. If the customer has lived in the given address for less than three years then you will need to provide previous address details of the customer as well.
Once all the customer details are entered click on Next to continue
8. In the step 2, you will need to provide
Amount : The loan amount that the customer is applying for. The minimum and maximum amounts will be mentioned in the Amount text field.
Commission Rate : you will need to enter the commission rate and in order to view existing base rates and commission rates click on View Rate Card link. Commission rate will be default to the commission rate on the originator group product rate card for the finance amount and term supplied.
First Payment Date : The first payment date will be auto generated and it will depend on number of settings and business rules related to the finance company.
Repayment Frequency : Select the repayment frequency from the drop down list.
Term : Select the Loan term from the drop down list
What is the finance for : you will need to select the finance type from the list provided in the drop down. This will be only visible if there is more than one finance type.
Once you have provided the details you will need to click on Next to continue.
For any reason if you need to cancel the application click on Exit without saving and click on Withdraw application link to withdraw the application.
9. If you click on Next to continue with the application, then you will need to provide the employment details of the customer in the next step.
Status : Select the status of the employment from the drop down list ex: Casual , Permanent, Full time,, etc.
Occupation : Select the Type of the occupation from the drop down list. If you cannot find customer occupation type in the drop down list then select Other and enter the occupation type in Other Occupation text box.

Employment Income is Received : Select the income frequency from the drop down list. This is to indicate whether the customer is receiving the income weekly, fortnightly, monthly or yearly.
Employment Income (Before Tax) : You will need to enter customer's income (before tax amount) and it will depend on the frequency that the customer is receiving the income.
Other Additional Income is Received : if the customer is receiving any additional income except to the income received from employment, you will need to enter the frequency that the customer is receiving it.
Additional amount (Before Tax) : Depending on the frequency that the customer is receiving the additional income, you will need to enter the income in Additional amount text field.
10. After that you will need to enter the marital status of the customer and the number of dependants.
If the Marital status is Married or Defacto then you will need to enter the partner details of the customer as well.
11. you will need to enter the expenses of the customer including Rent or mortgage Payment (depending on the type of residence you have selected previously). And also monthly living expenses and monthly bills and recurring expenses.
12. You will need to provide the details of the customer credit cards, repayment amount for personal loans and savings account balance of the customer if there are any
13. Enter the customer Drivers license which will be used to verify the identity of the customer.
14. After providing all the details you will need to agree with the Agreement before getting the Rate Quote for the customer.
15. Once you click on Get my Rate Quote , you will be getting the repayment frequency and terms that the customer is eligible for :
16. Once you have selected the repayment and the term for the customer you will need to agree to the Terms and conditions before continuing to the next step:
17. under Complete your application, just a few more details and you’re done, add some information briefly explaining why the customer is borrowing the money. This is a required field with a maximum limit of 300 characters and does not need to include any personal or detailed information:
18. Under Employment Details, find and select the Industry that the customer's employment is associated with from the drop down list and identify the name of employer by entering their name:
19. Under Contact Details, enter the name of a personal reference and their phone number. This should be a person who knows the customer on a personal level (family relation) and is preferably close to where the customer resides. Click on Next to continue:
20. This will direct you to enter Bank Details. This is the action required to link customer bank account for payments to be made to and received from, and will ask for the name of the account holder and the bank account number (BSB and account details). You must agree before proceeding further and selecting the Submit Application button:
