Once a loan application has been approved and funded, it will be recognised as a Finance Agreement and can be viewed as a means of monitoring how much is left owing when repaying the loan.
1. On the portal this is located under the menu option under Applications > Manage Applications:
2. Click on the Agreements tab on the far right:
3. Click on the View hyperlink located on the bottom left hand corner of the application:

This will open the Finance Agreement Details screen which outlines specific details like the reason for the agreement, the allocated Account Number, the Start and Maturity date, the Settlement Amount, the Bank Account number, the Amount borrowed, the Rate, the Term, the Balance, Fee Balance and Amount in Arrears:
5. You also have the option to view the application from this screen as well as make an electronic bill payment (via BPAY):
6. There are tabs directly underneath the Finance Agreement Details page that will allow you to view specific details about the agreement in more detail.
Transactions
This will list all of the transactions that were made throughout the duration of the agreement and includes key fields including the date, transaction type, amount, loan balance, uncleared amount, arrears and the narrative:
Instalments
This will list all of the instalments that were made and includes details such as the date, instalment amount, capital amount, interest amount, ongoing amount and closing amount:
Notes
This will display all of the notes made that were relevant to the application and will outline the date that the note(s) was made and the details of the note:
Payments
This will display all of the relevant payments made, describing the value date, transaction type and amount:
Advice
This will display any advice that has been associated with the application which will show the date, type and relevant document:
Stats
This will display all of the statistics associated with the payments that were made namely any interest, transfer debit, direct debit receipts and direct credit payments. It outlines the type, count, total, minimum amount, maximum amount, average, first payment date and last payment date:
