Portal - Funds Account

The funds account is a summary of the investor account and any funds that have been allocated to/from the account.

1. In the portal navigate to the Funds Account option under the My Funds menu:



2. This will open the Funds Account screen that outlines key information about the account like the account number, the start date, the interest accrued, the rate, overall balance amount, available balance amount, payment in escrow amount and the amount available to withdraw. There are buttons located directly underneath these details which are also accessible via the portal menu - Transfer Money In, Transfer Money Out and View Statement NOTE : click on the name to be redirected to the page:

The Transactions tab will display all of the transactions made for the investor which includes automated withdrawals, early settlement commission recoveries, early settlement commission recoveries that have been cleared, funds that have been cleared, payment transfer debits in escrow capital, payment transfer debits in escrow interest and credit transfers. When reviewing the listed transactions, it provides specific details like the Value Date (with abbreviated day, date, abbreviated month and year), the Type of payment (includes all of the categories identified in the transactions tab information above), the Amount (the number that is being transferred across), the Balance (how much is currently in the funds account), the Available balance and the Narrative (additional details of the transaction):



There is also a filter at the top that allows you to Filter by the number of days (from the current day up to the last 120 days) and the transaction type:



At the bottom you can scroll through the list of transactions across different pages by clicking on the actual page number, but you can also click on the Load More link which will show the next 7 pages NOTE: the First link at the beginning of the page numbers will change to Previous once the numbers are passed 7:



You also have the option to click on the button which will open a separate window allowing you to enter the start and end date of the transactions that you would like to view:



4. The Interest tab will display the changes in the interest amount (in %) and the date that the change was made:



5. The Notes tab will display all of the correspondence  between the finance company fund account and Clearmatch. This includes information like when funds have cleared and you can invest, money transfers, and other notes that have been created by the finance company:



6. The Documents tab will display all of the relevant documents that are associated with the investment account which could include statements, the DEFT Remittance (only if DEFT is used and available at the time), etc:
